She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. O'Connell, Jr. and Edith Cole O'Connell; her husband Charles V. Shank, Jr.; her son Charles David Shank; her in-laws, Charles Victor Shank, Sr. and Helen Wanczyk Shank; her brother John Kevin O'Connell; and her son-in-law Kevin Ronald Saplio.
She is survived by: her daughter Kristin Shank Saplio; her grandchildren, Tyler Kevin Saplio and Ryan Joseph Saplio; and her nephews, Vincent O'Connell and Matthew O'Connell.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rose Hill Funeral Home (580 Elm St, Rocky Hill, CT 06067). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
