She was predeceased by: her parent Neclessen Harter; her sister Irma Harter; and her brother-in-law Henry. She is survived by: her parent Hedwig Harter (Thieme); her sons, Stephen C. Hart Jr., Timothy C. Hart and Michael S. Hart of Wethersfield; her grandchildren, Jennifer J. Hart of Brooklyn, NY and Daniel S. Hart of Wethersfield; and her sister-in-law Debbie Hart of Southington. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Church.
