We bid farewell to John P. Harovas of Wethersfield, Connecticut, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 2, 2025 at the age of 87. John touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pericles Harovas and Harriett Harovas (Karapapa); and his brother Phillip Harovas. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Harovas (Sicaras); his children, Anne Emmanuel (Michael) and Will (Jodi); his grandchildren, Alexandra (Andrew), Stephanie, Jonathan, Benjamin and John; his brother Anton Harovas (Joan); his nephews, Niko Harovas and Perry Harovas; and his niece Melanie Davis.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral (433 Fairfield Ave, Hartford, CT 06114). A prayer was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
