It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Carew (Wethersfield, Connecticut), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on March 17, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Carew Jr and Phyllis Carew (Chapman); and his father-in-law Bob Crowley. He is survived by: his spouses, John J. "Jack" Carew III and Elaine Klimczak (Crowley) of Clinton; his siblings, Kathy Carew of Wethersfield, Mary Dakin (Lance) of East Hartford and Jim Carew (Sharon) of Wethersfield; his siblings-in-law, Michael Crowley (Kathy) of Kensington and Pat McNevin (Ed) of Elmwood; and his aunt Sheila Carew of Wethersfield. He is also survived by his uncles, many nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends.
