She is survived by: her parents, Ann Hock (Zurowski) and Louis Hock of Wethersfield; her husband John Wolf; her children, Molly (Casey) and Jack (Sam); her brother Christopher Hock (Lisa) of Wethersfield; her father-in-law John Wolf (Jay) of Wethersfield; and her siblings-in-law, Tami DiGregorio (Jonathon) of Norton, MA and Bryan Wolf (Kim) of Wethersfield. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Wethersfield Dollars for Scholars for a scholarship to be established in memory of Jennifer Hock Wolf.
