He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Griswold and Edith Griswold. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary, Lucy and Newton; his wife Lillian Whitehead; his daughters, Sharon Virgulto of Guilford, CT and Gail Burkett of Bean Station, TN; and his grandchildren, Kim Wolf of Wethersfield and Jim Hart of Carlisle, MA.. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
