It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Josephine Demonte (Wethersfield, Connecticut), who passed away on June 8, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John Francis DeMonte (Butch); her parents, Franca Maurello (Curcio) and Giuseppe Maurello; her siblings, Jasper, Anthony (Florence Maurello), Robert (Katherine) and Claire (Guerino); her brother-in-law Carmine Zambrello; her niece Roberta Maurello (Lynn); her nephew Joseph Maurello; her son-in-law Paul Stanulis; and her son John Francis DeMonte II of Texas.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Stanulis of Rocky Hill, Cassandra DeMonte of Wethersfield, Fran Sanford of Rocky Hill and Frank (Karen DeMonte) of South Windsor; her grandchildren, Brittany Uryase (James) of Wallingford, Brian Sanford, Gianna Emerzian (John) of Andover, MA, Nick DeMonte of South Windsor, Jessica Palladino (Jeffrey) of Charleston, SC and Katie Ivers (Jason) of Vernon; her great grandchildren, Logan Uryase, Ivan Sanford, Alex, Jacob Ivers and Ella Palladino; and her sister Jennie Zambrello. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
