We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2023, at the age of 91, George A. Kazakos of Wethersfield, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Efstathia Kazakos; his parents, Anthony Kazakos and Polyxeni Kazakos (Spiri); and his siblings, John, Nick, Kosta and Eugenia.
He is survived by: his son Anthony G. Kazakos (Lucia) of Wethersfield; his grandson George A. Kazakos (Ashley) of Springfield, MA; his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Jacob and Sarina Kazakos; his granddaughter Krystyna E. Kazakos; his siblings, Peter, Tasos Kazakos of Australia and Dimitra Allimonos of Astros; his niece Rita Scuris of Wethersfield; and his siblings-in-law, Theodore "Ted" Monemvasitis and Maria Monemvasitis of Groton, CT..
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to Saint George Greek Orthodox Cathedral.
