He was predeceased by: his wife Doreen Kellogg (Graffham); his parents, Emerson Kellogg and Anna Kellogg (Podrebartz); and his siblings, Charles Kellogg, Albert Kellogg, Helen Watras and Margaret Watras.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia McLellan of New Albany and Emerson Kellogg III (Kim) of Litchfield; his grandchildren, Ashley Grimes (Sean), Christopher McLellan (Abbey), Whitney Harney (James), Haley Augustine (Justin), Nicole Melaragno (David) and Vincent Perugini; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Cole, Grayson, Peyton, Logan, Alexander, Carter, Ellieana and Nathaniel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
