She is survived by: her husband George A. Kazakos; her son Anthony G. Kazakos (Lucia) of Wethersfield; her grandchildren, George A Kazakos (Ashley) of Springfield, MA and Krystyna E. Kazakos of Wethersfield; her great grandchild Nicholas Kazakos; her brothers, Theodore "Ted" Monemvatis of Groton and Nicholas Monemvatis of Sparta, Greece.; her sister-in-law Maria Monemvatis of Groton; and her niece Rita Scuris of Wethersfield.
