He was predeceased by: his mother Sheila McMahon Verre; and his grandparents, Richard, Mary Verre (Kane) and Thomas F. McMahon. He is survived by: his father Mark A. Verre; his sisters, Erin K. Verre of Wethersfield and Brenna K. Verre of Waltham, MA.; his grandmother Chris McMahon of Rocky Hill; his aunts and uncles, Eileen (McMahon), Ken Peterson of Wethersfield, Tom, Debbie McMahon (Trevethen) of Rocky Hill, Dennis, Evalyn McMahon (Assad) of Wethersfield, Tim, Amy Verre (Hebert) of Wethersfield, Kevin Verre of Newington, Michael, Jaynie Schiff-Verre of Maine, Richard Verre of Maine, John, Beth Verre (Norton) of Massachusetts, Ann Marie (Verre) and Pat Jezewski of Victoria Island, BC; and his cousins, Shannon, Ryan, Connor Peterson, Megan (McMahon), Kevin O'Brien, Paul McMahon, Kelly, Bryan, Matthew McMahon, Danielle, Ricky, Andrew Verre, Gabriel Schiff-Verre, Caroline (Garrigan-Verre), Matt Bonnazzoli, Aidan Neff-Verre, Sean Verre, Adam, Marnie Jezewski (Patrick), Meghan (Jezewski) and Paul Huxtable.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery Inc. or in memory of Dan and his mother, Sheila, to the The Helen and Harry Gray Cancer institute at Hartford Healthcare.
