He was predeceased by: his brother Daniel Johnson; and his sister-in-law Joyce Johnson. He is survived by: his spouse Joan Johnson (Anderson); his children, Steven (Robin) and Karin; his grandchildren, James, Daniel and Stefanie; his siblings-in-law, Don Clark and Nancy Clark; and his nephews, Kristin, Kate, Mark, Kurt, Bethany and Carolyn.
