She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Stephen Israel; her children, Ellen Israel (Mark Bieler) and Laurie Israel (Daniel Pitchenik); her grandchildren, Sam, Adam, Margot, Oliver and Eliot; her sister Barbara Ganick (John); and her parents, Mae Foster and Mac Foster. She was also cherished by 20 nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
