We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2022, Richard Ackerman of Westport, Connecticut, born in New York, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Greta Schwerens Ackerman; his parents, Harry and Adeline Ackerman (Rubinstein); his daughters, Alison Healy (Tim) and Eve Healy (Michael); his grandsons, Michael and Robert; and his siblings, Tom Ackerman and Ellen Bach. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to a Charity of One's Choice.
