He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Judith Miller Cook and Phil Cook; his wife Jacqueline; his children, Julie Hoadley (Ryan), Quinn, Matthew Cook (Carlie) and Jason Cook (Kayla); his grandson Forrest; and his siblings, Cathlene Parkhurst, Michael Cook and Mary Jane Tracy. He was also cherished by children and grandchildren.
