She is survived by: her sisters, Judy, Barbara, Ellen and Grace; her husband Deacon John Fay Sr.; and her children, John Fay (Lisa), Michael Fay (Julie), Gayle Higgins, Judy Kollmorgen (Matthew) and Heather Dawson (Rob). She is also survived by grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
