He was predeceased by: his former wife Carol Kagan; and his wife Irma Klein. He is survived by: his sons, Theodore (Susan) of Los Angeles, CA, Stephen (Carrie) of Gainesville, FL and David (Daniel) of Belmont, CA. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
