With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Vincent Murray III of Westport, Connecticut, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on June 19, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Vincent Murray Jr. and Audrey Norris Murray; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Merrie of Oakton; his children, Leanne Shofi (David) of Ridgefield, Meredith of Fripp Island and Michael (Sunshine) of Broomfield; his siblings, Thomas (Susan) of Brevard and Audrey of Goose Creek; and his grandchildren, Michael, Mallory, Sean, Connor and Kyle.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation in Jim's memory are most appreciated.
