She was predeceased by: her husband Edward L. Hayes; her parents, Stephen Devore and Elizabeth Devore (Roscoe); and her siblings, Stephen Devore, Mary Melnick and Alma Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, Lawrence Hayes (Victoria) of Pawling, NY, Timothy Hayes (Kathleen Deters-Hayes) of Syracuse, NY, Kathleen Hayes (James Dixon) of Fort Collins, CO and Theresa Garvin (Timothy) of Sudbury, MA.. She is also survived by nine loving grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
