He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Wallack and Grace Wallack (Haflich). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his daughters, Traci and Rachel Wallack; his granddaughters, Maci June and Eve Lisette; his brothers, Mark and Larry; and his sister-in-law Linda.
