She was predeceased by: her parents, John Guzzi and Emily Guzzi; her husband Alexander Formisano; and her siblings, Emily Albano, Erleen Bryson and Larry Guzzi.
She is survived by: her daughters, Andrea McGillicuddy (Brian) of Mashpee, MA, Cara Formisano (Michael Manes) of Newtown, CT and Regina Kanter (Peter) of Westport, CT; and her grandchildren, Marco Manes, Adam Manes, Siri Kanter, Merel Kanter, Sara Carnavale (Phil), Amy McGillicuddy and Brian McGillicuddy. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
