He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Forgione and Giovannina Forgione. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Forgione; his children, Jeanmarie Ferullo, Cecilia Forgione (Andy Haas), John Forgione (Cara Forgione), Louis Forgione (Kate Forgione) and Vincent Forgione (Laurisa Forgione); and his grandchildren, Paul, Chris, Stephen, Laura, Mia, Emma, Marco of Jack, JT, Nick and Will.
He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Daughters of Charity of the Most Precious Blood DayCare Center in Bridgeport CT and Treasurer of the Daughters of Charity Rescue Mission.
