He is survived by: his wife Andrea Schiffer; his children, Christine (Brian Conyngham) of Danbury and Michael Schiffer (Meredith) of Weston; his brother Edward Schiffer (Dolores "Dee"); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Kayla and Kyle Schiffer of Weston. He is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
