He is survived by: his parents, Frank DeLucia, and Jean Frangipane DeLucia, Sr.; his close friends, Cella, Harper, Scinto, Patent Attorney, Gould and Intellectual Property; his wife Adriana Bleloch; his son Michael DeBenedet; his stepson Robert William Bleloch; his sister Jeannine DeLucia Purcell (Anthony); and his niece Isabella Purcell.

He was a former Board member of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association (NYIPLA) and co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Koenig Childhood Cancer Foundation.
