He was predeceased by: his father Thomas M. Ratcliffe, Sr.; and his brother Robert Albee. He is survived by: his parent Patrcia A. Albee of Westbrook; his siblings, Jeffry Albee (Amber) of New Haven and Evan Emerson of Virginia; and his uncle Douglas Ratcliffe of Maywood, NJ.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
