It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Monica Chalker (Westbrook, Connecticut), born in Shelton, Connecticut, who passed away on August 5, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlotte Lynn Murphy and James David Murphy of Old Saybrook; her husband Pete Chalker; and her siblings, Noreen Struck and David Murphy.
She is survived by: her former husband Oliver Chalker (Pete) of Old Saybrook; and her children, Martha (Doug Heroy), Skip (Ann Chalker) and James (Georgette Chalker). She is also survived by six grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
