Kenneth A. Butterworth Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth A. Butterworth of Westbrook, Connecticut, born in Beverly, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 8, 2024 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kenneth A. Butterworth to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth R. Butterworth and Hazel Carr Butterworth. He is survived by: his wife Jane Spanilo Butterworth of Westbrook, CT.; his children, Courtney Beyer (Jeremy) of Torrington, CT, Gregory Butterworth (Katherine) of Salem, CT and Jonathan Butterworth (Nicholas Swing) of Queens, NY; his grandchildren, Kyra, Grayson, Brienne, Lucas and Hazel; and his niece Brittany Butterworth (Matt) of Massachusetts.
Ken was a member of the First Congregational Church of Westbrook where he sang in the choir and helped coordinate a new sound system, WiFi connectivity and the ability for the parishioners to enjoy church remotely during COVID.
