He was predeceased by: his mother Sylvia Page Palmer. He is survived by: his wife April Werme Palmer; his father William R. Palmer, III of Guilford; his stepchildren, Tiffany Barrett of Branford and Christy Casella (Ercole) of North Branford; his grandchildren, Matteo and Dante Casella; his brother William R. Palmer, IV (Sherri) of Guilford; his nieces and nephews, Blakeslee and Isabelle; his siblings-in-law, Jill Ceravone, Si Anthony (Anne), Brian Anthony (Marilyn), Bobby Anthony (Ann) and Mag Smith; and also Donny Werme (Deborah).
