He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Fowler (Conroy) and Harold L. Fowler; and his brother Henry N. Fowler (Hank). He is survived by: his wife Louise Fowler (Livi); his daughters, Nancy Jasuirkowski and Deborah Yazo; and his grandchildren, Jenelle Gast (Jasuirkowski), Joseph Jasuirkowski III, Stacey Yazo and Colleen Yazo.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Fred's name to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
