He is survived by: his siblings, Rosalie Perkins (Ronald) of Southington and David Zajac (Doreen) of Bristol; his nephews, Ronald Perkins, Jr. (Holly) of Granby, Brian W. Perkins of Florida and Jeremy Grubb (Katie) of Arizona; and his niece Christina Bates (Toby) of Middlefield.
