He is survived by: his spouse Deborah Nilson (Hartwell); his child Emily Nilson; his parent Bessie Nilson (Peck) of Columbus, GA; his siblings, Beverly Krause (James) of Columbus, GA, Gary Nilson of Wallingford and John Nilson (Susan) of Old Saybrook; his parent-in-law Paul Hartwell of Suffield; his brother-in-law Stephen Hartwell of Easthampton, MA; his nephews, Matthew, Michael, Jonathan Krause and Andrew; and also Ruth Hartwell of Suffield. He is also survived by daughter, and mother.
