Formaggioni; her sons, Mike of Quincy, MA. and Ryan (Sara) of Suffield; her stepchildren, Kelly of Linville, NC and Jamie (Chandra) of Auburn, GA; her stepmother Jean F. Struthers of Windsor Locks; her sister Kimberly (Luis Maldonado) of Virginia Beach, VA.; her mother-in-law Thelma; and her grandchildren, Bailey, Jessie, Cayden and Tinley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
