She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Chester Ames and Myrtle Ames; her husband Thomas Lerro; her grandchildren, Thomas Ricciuti and Michael Lerro; her children, David Lerro (Ruth) of Kensington, Donald Lerro (Susan) of Colchester, Janet Vincent (Reed) of Barkhamsted and Susan Lounsbury (Ron) of West Simsbury; her grandchildren, Sara Murdock (Nick), Erika Lerro (Calvin), Jason Vincent (Jackie), Brian Vincent (Emily), Andrew Vincent, Catherine Lerro (Mike), James Lerro (Katie), Anna Ricciuti, Lia Ricciuti and Nicholas Ricciuti; her granddaughter-in-law Jessica Lerro; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Owen, Avery, Kate, Jack, Mara, River, Stella and Raegan.
