We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2022, at the age of 77, Thomas Moore of West Simsbury, Connecticut, born in Cleveland, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles O. Moore and Blanche M. Moore (Gensert). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Moore (Burik) of West Simsbury; his children, Michael H. Moore of West Simsbury, Sarah M. Rohrer (Brian) of Weatogue and Meredith M. Jefski (James) of Duxbury, MA; his grandchildren, Zachary T. Rohrer, Carson W. Rohrer, Drew J. Jefski, John T. Jefski and Caroline G. Jefski; and his siblings, John Moore (Madeline) of Florida, James Moore (Donna) of Texas, Charles Moore (Janet) of Ohio, Joseph Moore of Ohio, Mary Reed of Ohio, Sarah Williams (Brett) of Ohio and Martha Fuerst of Ohio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Tom's memory may be made to St Catherine of Siena Church.
