Ronald Barcelos Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Barcelos (West Simsbury, Connecticut), who passed away on April 19, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Celso Barcelos and Helen Barcelos (Andressi); and his brothers, Richard Barcelos and Celso Barcelos. He is survived by: his wife Martha Barcelos (Masciantonio); his children, Nicole Barcelos (Joseph Rossi, Jr.) of New Hartford, Mike Barcelos (Klari) of Clarendon Hills, IL and Chris Barcelos (Katie Atwater) of Farmington; his granddaughter Cosette Barcelos of Clarendon Hills, IL; his siblings, Renee O'Leary (David) of Louisa, VA and Robert Barcelos (Jean) of Patton, PA; and his sister-in-law Kelly Ann Barcelos of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, no services are planned at this time.

“So sad to learn of Ron (and Rick) passing away. I was a friend of their 's in college. We had many many good and wonderful times together. Over the years I 've often thought about them and hoped that our paths would cross somehow. Now I regret not having gotten off my butt and trying to find them. I've always valued our friendship and now the memories. Just incredible saddness. I feel like crying. My thoughts and prayers are with you. My prayer is that I see them in heaven where we can reunite”
