He is survived by: his wife Jenny Hayes; his children, Wendy Nichols (Jeremy Lee) of Ellington, Claire Patrizz (Michael) of Coventry and Craig Hayes of Simsbury; his siblings, Donald Hayes (June), Hazel Dentener, Joan Sayer (Gerry), Bernard Hayes, Laurie Venter (Mark) and Cheryl Saunders (Ian); his grandchildren, Dylan Nichols, Tyler Lee and Tarryn Patrizz; and his sisters, Yvonne and Maureen. He is also survived by his three children.
