He was predeceased by: his spouse Leita Joan Lucas (Monroe); his parents, David Baird and Beatrice Lucas (McConnell); his son Brian Lucas; and his brother Duane "Mike" Lucas.
He is survived by: his daughter Dana Lucas of Clinton; his grandchildren, Ross, Scott Mocko of Marlborough and Courtney Jones (Jake Jones) of Milford, DE; his sister-in-law Marie Lucas of East Greenwich, RI; his nieces, Stephanie Malloch and Christine Mather; his nephew David Lucas; his great-nieces, Rachel and Ali; his great-nephew CJ; and also Iylah.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Roaring Brook Nature Center in Canton.
