He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Sarno and Lucy Sarno (Esposito); his siblings, Anthony Sarno, Frank Sarno, Louie Sarno, Maryann Mendoza and Jeanne Sarno; and his close friend Ray St. Clair.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Cooley Sarno; his daughters, Gina Ribeiro (Manny) and Samantha Goodstal; his grandchildren, Nicholas Ribeiro, Lily and Claire Goodstal; his sister-in-law Madeline Sarno; and his friend Kathy St. Clair. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
