With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Timothy R. Ellis Sr. of West Haven, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 30, 2025 at the age of 69. He was predeceased by: his brother Daniel T. Ellis; and his parents, Robert H. Ellis and Emily E. Geer Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Noreen Cronin Morone Ellis; his daughter Bridget Marie Ellis (Brian Snyder); his former wife Edyth F. Ellis; his children, Jennifer A. Ellis DiDonato and Timothy R. Ellis (Kristen); his granddaughter Emily Snyder; and his siblings, Robert H. Ellis Jr. (Susan), Eugene J. Ellis (Kayhleen), David J. Ellis and Kathleen M. Lutz (Michael).
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the West Haven Funeral Home (662 Savin Ave, West Haven, CT 06516). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Of St. John Xxiii Parish (300 Captain Thomas Blvd, West Haven, CT 06516). The military honors was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Oak Grove Cemetery (871 Campbell Ave, West Haven, CT 06516).
