We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2025, at the age of 91, Panagiota Zorgias of West Haven, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Panagiota shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Panagiota farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Zorgias of West Haven, CT; and her brother Gus Moriatis of North Haven, CT.. She is survived by: her sister Antonia Kattis of North Haven, CT; and her children, Garifalia Topalis (John) of Riverview and Manolis Zorgias (Efstathia) of West Haven, CT..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church (480 Racebrook Rd, Orange, CT 06477). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at the Orange Cemetery.
