Though Otis may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He is survived by: his parents, Charles E. Roberts and Dorothy Lee Roberts (Graham); his children, Sean Tyler Roberts of Bethel and Olivia Roberts of Waterbury; and his siblings, Sheryl Fields (Robert) of Waterbury, Joyce Brown (Oliver Brown, Jr.) of Waterbury, Denise Smith of Florence, S. C., James Earl Smith of Bristol, RI and Michael Iverson (Rende' Wilson) of Waterbury.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home (430 Chase Pkwy, Waterbury, CT 06708). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the New Pine Grove Cemetery (850 Meriden Rd, Waterbury, CT 06705).
