With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Michael Zwack of West Haven, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Zwack and Mary Dolzenchuk Zwack; his brother William Zwack; and his brothers-in-law, Dominic Proto and Fritz Bonyai.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Gagliardi Zwack; his daughters, Mary Zwack (Marc Izzo) of Stratford and Amy Ouellette (Marcel) of Milford; his grandchildren, Dr. Taylor Ouellette, Olivia Ouellette, Kayla Forleo (Alex Johnson), Michael Forleo, Robert Forleo and Marissa Forleo, RN; his sisters, Marilyn Bonyai of Prospect and Virginia Proto of Prospect; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Valentine of Ansonia, Frances Gagliardi of Branford and Charles Gagliardi of West Haven. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
