Louise J. Apicella Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louise J. Apicella of West Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on February 19, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Barretta and Anna Mauro Barretta; and her brother Joseph Barretta. She is survived by: her husband Vincent Apicella; her siblings, Carol Barretta Julianelle of Ft. Myers, FL and Frank Barretta (Marge) of Meriden, CT; her goddaughter Kimberly Julianelle Lewis (William); her siblings-in-law, Aldo Apicella and Ida Apicella of Wallingford, CT.; and also, Gabrielle and Madison.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the West Haven Funeral Home (662 Savin Ave, West Haven, CT 06516). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Of St. John Xxiii Parish (300 Captain Thomas Blvd, West Haven, CT 06516).
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Catholic Broadcasting.
