He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Mastracchio and Anna Nuclo Mastracchio; his brother Peter; and his nephews, Peter and Anthony.

He is survived by: his wife Lucille; his children, Joseph (Joan), Christine (Butch) and Michael (Kimmy); his grandchildren, Toni-Ann, Joseph, Michael and Kayla; and his brothers, David (Patricia) and Edward (Eileen). He is also survived by his family, friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the West Haven Funeral Home (662 Savin Ave, West Haven, CT 06516).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) in his honor.
