He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Dahlgard and Evelyn Noble Dahlgard; his sibling Shirley Michel; and his significant other Marilyn Smith Dahlgard. He is survived by: his children, James Jr., Kyle Pfahl and Kirsten Farquharson. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
