He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Christine Senior Daniels and James Arthur Senior; his grandparents, John and Ludelia Daniels; his uncle Melvin Daniels (Mayor John Daniels); and his stepson Michael Edwards.
He is survived by: his wife Velma (Denise); his children, Jas and Kahlia Senior of Arizona; his grandchildren, Amara Senior, Chase and Brylliance Campbell; his stepchildren, Denisha and Dean Howard; his siblings, Pamela Senior McClary (Pam) of Louisiana, Michael Senior of New Haven, Lynn Wylie of New Haven and Mark Wylie of New Haven; his aunt Agnes Session; his nephew Kyle E. L. Williams of Rock Hill, SC; and his uncle Robert Daniels (Butch). He is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Temple Church of God (285 Dixwell Ave, New Haven, CT 06511). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
