It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hugh Cochrane of West Haven, Connecticut, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cochrane and Sarah Cochrane; and his siblings, William, Martha and Ellen.

He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Pollock Cochrane; his daughters, Donna White (late Mark) and Lori Burwell (Edwin); his grandchildren, Jake and Lexie Burwell; and his brother Robert Cochrane (Paula).
