He was predeceased by: his parents, Orest D'Eramo and Elsie D'Eramo (Suffoletti); and his sister Lisa D'Eramo Collins. He is survived by: his daughter Megan D'Eramo Casini (Steve); his siblings, Michael D'Eramo (Christine), Gail D'Eramo Melkus (Carl) of Orange and Eric D'Eramo (Suzanne) of Sandy Hook; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Melkus Hashemi (David), Lauren Melkus Boyle (Timothy), Jillian D'Eramo, Caitlin D'Eramo, Briana D'Eramo Duhan (Chris), Erica D'Eramo (Matthew Skinner), Ian Collins, Brett Collins and Luke Collins; and his great-nephews, Jaxon and Leo Hashemi.
