He is survived by: his wife Marie Civitello Petrecca; his children, Gabriel John Petrecca Jr. of West Haven and LisaMarie Bernardo (Russ) of North Haven; his grandsons, Paul Anthony and Joseph Michael Bernardo; and his siblings, Gerald "Gerry" Petrecca (Joy) of Guilford and Rosemarie Petrecca (William Beich).
