It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Filomena Mary Tortora of West Haven, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cosmo Benedetto and Mary Benedetto (Vitale); her husband Pellegrino Tortora (Mike Zito); and her daughter-in-law Michelle Tortora. She is survived by: her children, Linda Limauro (Paul), Paul D. Tortora (Debra) and David Tortora; her stepdaughter Joanne Zito; her grandsons, Michael Limauro (Julie), Paul J., Johnathan, Matthew Tortora (Kasey), David Jr. and Tyler Tortora; her great grandchildren, Branden and Madison Limauro; and her grandchildren, Jane, Ruby and Noah Tortora.
